PARTNERS PHARMACY CELEBRATES 20 YEARS OF SERVICE TO THE LONG-TERM CARE COMMUNITY

SPRINGFIELD TOWNSHIP, N.J. (PRWEB) OCTOBER 24, 2018

Partners Pharmacy, a leading long-term care pharmacy in the United States, is celebrating 20 years of service to its communities. Established in 1998, Partners was created with the vision to meet the medication needs of skilled nursing facilities, long-term care residencies, and assisted living communities. The company’s rapid growth and success in the industry has led to providing not only cost-effective medication management, but also on-site pharmacy availability, expert consultation, and a culture of best-in-class, patient-centered care.

Headquartered in Springfield Township, New Jersey, Partners Pharmacy provides medication management to over 43,000 residents in 350 facilities in 17 states. Aligned with the corporate mission of patient-centered care, Partners helps to improve outcomes, reduce costs, and increase operational efficiencies.

While providing top-rate services to its external customers, Partners has adopted a unique approach to serve its internal customers as well. Through employee empowerment, Partners fosters a decisive, patient-first approach to service excellence. Partners focuses on its people, making employees feel valued and appreciated while providing the tools to be successful. As a testament to its valuable corporate culture, several employees have been with the company since its inception: Geraldine Magsino Alvarez, Data Entry Technician, Marivic (Beth) Torrizo, Pharmacy Technician, Valeriano Araga, Pharmacy Technician, Flora M. Villanueva, Data Entry Technician, Maria (Nenette) Pinano, Pharmacy Technician, Jim Caballero, Pharmacy Technician Floor Manager, and Kathleen (Kathy) Kazary, Manager, Education Coordination. Their hard work, dedication, and loyalty has helped make Partners the success it is today. The company hopes all employees enjoy this level of satisfaction in their roles with Partners.

“What I have enjoyed the most about working for Partners is getting to know people from different regions and states while learning about amazing technology around remote dispensing,” says Julie Potter, Account Executive from our pharmacy in Maryland. “Over the next 20 years, I see Partners expanding their remote dispensing technology into many more states. Our technology and its ease of use is superior to the technology at any other pharmacy in which I have worked.”

Thanks to our employees’ commitment and dedication, Partners Pharmacy has also been able to ensure patients receive life-saving medications when faced with natural disasters. Due to Partners’ state-of-the-art remote-dispensing technology, skilled nursing facilities in Texas, Florida, and Maryland were prepared for the aftermath of hurricanes Irma and Harvey. After Puerto Rico was struck by multiple hurricanes in November, Partners worked with its sister company Innovacare as part of a larger initiative with Care One Management, LLC to ship much needed medical supplies and medicine to the island.

“It’s an honor and a privilege to be part of an organization that uses its resources to help those affected by natural disasters. As a company, we are always thinking of the patient who needs medication and we are committed to meeting those needs,” says Anthony Spero, COO of Partners Pharmacy. “Over the last 20 years, Partners Pharmacy has seen tremendous growth while at the same time maintaining our commitment to best-in-class patient care. We look forward to continuing that growth with revolutionary remote-dispensing through Partners’ proprietary technology. With the support of our dedicated staff and clients, Partners will become the leading LTC Pharmacy in every state.”
